RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY POLICY

At Elisheva & Constance, each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. If you need to request an exchange, return, or warranty review, please read the conditions below.

Exchanges and returns

You may request an exchange or return within 14 business days from the date your order is delivered, except where a longer period is required by applicable law.

All exchanges and returns must be previously authorized by Elisheva & Constance.

To be eligible, the piece must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unaltered, undamaged, with its original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Store credit and refunds

We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

Once the return is received, inspected, and approved, Elisheva & Constance may issue store credit for the approved amount, which may be used toward the purchase of another piece.

Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, import fees, or any other additional charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except where required by applicable law or when the return is due to an error attributable to Elisheva & Constance.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us on the same day your order is delivered so we can evaluate the case and assist you with the next steps.

Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the piece and packaging.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept exchanges or returns on:

Custom-made or personalized pieces
Made-to-order pieces
Sale or discounted items
Pieces that have been used, altered, damaged, or returned without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase

This does not affect any mandatory rights that may apply under local consumer protection laws.

Return approval

Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we will notify you whether the exchange or return has been approved.

Approval will depend on the condition in which the piece is received and on the applicable legal requirements.

If approved, we will proceed with an exchange, subject to product availability, or issue store credit as applicable.

Warranty

Elisheva & Constance offers a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

To make the warranty valid, the client must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The piece must be sent to us for evaluation. Once received, our team will inspect it and determine whether the warranty applies.

The time required to receive, inspect, repair, replace, or return the piece may vary depending on the client’s location.

This commercial warranty does not limit any mandatory legal rights that may apply in the client’s country, state, or region.

Care and maintenance

The condition and durability of each piece depend on proper care, frequency of use, exposure to moisture, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, and the natural pH of each person’s skin.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidents, alterations, or damage caused by third parties are not considered manufacturing defects.

Any replacement, maintenance, or repair that is not covered by the manufacturing warranty may generate an additional cost.

European Union 14-day withdrawal right

Without prejudice to the above, if your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unaltered, undamaged, with its original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless Elisheva & Constance failed to inform the client of such costs before purchase.

Applicable law

This policy applies without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the client’s country, state, or region.
